I don’t know about you, but I have been in the network marketing business for several years now.
For the period of those years, I had joined several network marketing companies. Nothing new for you here, if you have also been around for quite some time like me.
The Major Motive Why MLMers Quit
The number one cause MLMers quit is because MLM businesses keep changing their rules whenever they feel like!
If a network marketing company decides that the company is not showing the growth they expected throughout a specific year, they may alter the policies to make owners and share holders glad!
You see them even slashing a commission check under the pretext of restructuring the compensation plan for the better.
What a joke.
Maybe, just maybe, your upline leaders will NOT tell you the reality as it is.
Now, we know MLM businesses are run by humans like us and so we can not insist on perfection on their compensation plan executions -though more frequently than not, we overlook about this fact. The Administration people are subject to the business Board of Directors profit expectations and so have monetary pressures themselves like any other company.
But each time a business modifies its policy, it will absolutely have the capability of affecting you badly no matter how much your upline tries to cover it up. They may call this a new change in course, or something similar, but the results are the same.
These changes will only make it difficult for you to enroll or market your product. If you have experienced this first hand you know what I’m talking about!
Having tons of trust in your company or being the utmost presidential diamond amounts to zero if your business decides to severely alter its business plan. The sad fact is that every now and then they will they will do it, knowing that several representatives will lose their cars and homes in the process.
When this happens, numerous network marketers desert the business they championed and sworn devotion to the end. With that, they leave their distribuitors behind too. The MLM business will move on and begin seeking for new prospects. To them, it makes just good sense.
Three Reasons Why Even Genuine Networkers Quit Network Marketing Companies
1.The business closes its doors.
2.The MLM company forces the MLM leaders to stop marketing the way they are doing it.
3.Inner politics with uplines and leaders arise.
Knowing these problems, you will realize that is in fact difficult to rely on network marketing as a workable long term company model.
That does NOT mean that you should detest network marketing. No way! Have faith in in the business. It’s just that you have to be smarter and continuously keep a step ahead.
The good news is that, with any difficulty, there is at all times a solution to it.
Residual income can be created if you learn to produce leads and prospects on your own. When you begin generating leads by using list lead building techniques, you will be creating a database of dependable leads that the MLM company does not own. They are YOUR LEADS, not the company’s.
When you are promoting your network marketing business, do NOT promote your MLM company directly to your prospects. If you do that, you will lose control over your prospects.
We have to understand that our mlm company’s website does not belong to us and that the network marketing leads we generate into our company do not belong entirely to us as well.
That is why you are essentially killing your own business if you send your prospects at once to your MLM business or company’s website.
Please, learn to generate leads and keep your database of network marketing leads to yourself.
This must not come as a shock to you. The majority of top leaders in the network marketing industry have known this secret for years.
So no more Down-LINE network marketing building. Instead, use your own DOWN-LIST building!
This list of prospects and customers are your greatest asset and gold mine. You will have a list of dependable subscribers that will constantly be exposed to your chance over and over again – even if you move to 10 different multilevel marketing companies.
