Being a mentor does not require to be on stage and get those applauses on each reunion your MLM company holds.

To me, leadership means to educate, direct, encourage and teach over and again.

Well, great news for all of you: MLMers are people, we help out others and we get rewarded for that, just like doctors, nurses, counselors and any other professionals.
This mentality change is all you want in order to help your team get bigger and duplicate itself like never before.
How do you become a leader?
1. Study the right now industry. Learn what is happening.
2. Study your company. That includes products, services, compensation plan, succesful ways of recruiting, news about the business.
3. Put into operation the Standard Recruiting System taught by your upline, apply it to yourself and your own downline.
Do again one, two and three over and over.
That is the cost of leadership.
